I can't comment on OmniFocus, but I've been using OmniGraffle for years, and found their sudden price increase at one point to be shocking, to the point that I kept limping along using an old version for as long as I could. The software they create is good, but they are price gougers and the price isn't justified and for that reason I recommend staying away from them. If history is any indication of the future the price they quote is bullshit and you will end up paying much more in the end. OmniFocus Standard is fully sync-compatible with OmniFocus Pro.
